Bank transfer (T/T) with 30% deposit and 70% before shipment, or irrevocable letter of credit at sight for orders above 50,000 USD. Trade terms EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP are all supported.

Units are packed in UN-rated cartons with anti-static foam and shipped as Class 9 dangerous goods (UN3480 for cells and packs, UN3536 for installed storage systems). We provide UN38.3 test summary, MSDS and packaging certificate for your forwarder.

Residential series support CAN 2.0B and RS485 with pre-configured profiles for mainstream hybrid inverter brands. A validated inverter list and setup guide are provided with each model, and custom protocol adaptation is available for project orders.

Rated cycle life is measured at 80% depth of discharge, 0.5C rate and 25°C ambient temperature until capacity drops to 80% of nominal. Actual field results vary with temperature, discharge rate and depth of discharge.

Discharge is supported down to -20°C for most models. Charging below 0°C is blocked by the BMS to protect cells; heating-film options are available for sites with sustained sub-zero temperatures.

Residential series carry a 10-year limited warranty and commercial series 5 years, covering defects in materials and workmanship and capacity below the guaranteed retention threshold. Terms are stated in the warranty document shipped with each order.

Contact support with the serial number and BMS log. We diagnose remotely first; if a hardware fault is confirmed, replacement parts or a replacement unit are arranged according to the warranty terms and your site location.

Yes. We supply installation manuals, wiring diagrams and video guidance for standard projects, and can arrange on-site commissioning by our engineers or regional service partners for commercial installations.
