Bank transfer (T/T) with 30% deposit and 70% before shipment, or irrevocable letter of credit at sight for orders above 50,000 USD. Trade terms EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP are all supported.
In-stock models ship within 7 - 10 days after deposit. Mass production orders take 25 - 35 days depending on quantity and customization scope.
Units are packed in UN-rated cartons with anti-static foam and shipped as Class 9 dangerous goods (UN3480 for cells and packs, UN3536 for installed storage systems). We provide UN38.3 test summary, MSDS and packaging certificate for your forwarder.
